Tourist card
The free tourist card entitles you to numerous discounts on leisure activities in the Merano region.
Important
The rooms are at your disposal from 01.00 p.m. on the arrival day until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. At the breach of this condition an extra charge of 50% of the demipension price is calculated. At early departure, three other days are charged. At the breach of reservation, the made advance won’t be repaid. The week offers are only possible with demipension!

Cancellation policy
If you cannot arrive, please let us know as early as possible. In case of cancellation 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be used for your next stay the following year.
